Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Pourkin game for iOS and Android (the "App") handles data. The App has no accounts, sign-up or login; we never ask for your name, email or phone number.
1. Data that stays on your device
Your game progress (level, coins, undos, bottles, lives, sound settings and language) is stored only on your device. It is not sent to us or anyone else, and it is deleted when you delete the App.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). For advertising, ad measurement, analytics and fraud prevention, Google may collect the following from your device:
- Advertising identifiers (iOS IDFA – only if you allow it; Android advertising ID and app set ID)
- IP address and an approximate location derived from it
- Interactions with ads (app launches, taps, video views)
- Diagnostic information (app and SDK performance)

Watching rewarded ads (empty bottle, undo, life, unlock, extra coins) is always optional.
3. Usage statistics and ad measurement
To improve the game and measure whether our ads work, we use two services:
- Google Firebase Analytics: in-game events such as app opens, session length, level numbers started / won / lost and rewarded ads watched; device model, operating system, language, country; an app instance ID and (if permitted) the advertising identifier. Processed by Google. Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook) SDK: app installs, opens and the same in-game events (e.g. reaching level 5) to measure how many installs our Instagram/Facebook ads bring; on iOS the advertising identifier only if you allowed tracking (ATT). Meta Privacy Policy.
We do not identify you by name and do not collect account or contact details.
4. Consent and your choices
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: the App asks for your consent to personalised ads through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). If you do not consent, only non-personalised ads are shown.
- iOS: the App asks for permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT). If you decline, your advertising identifier (IDFA) is not shared. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads).
5. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Ad content is restricted to be suitable for a general audience.
6. Selling and sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share data with third parties other than the services (Google and Meta) described above.
7. Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies, and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint. Apart from the game progress on your device, we hold no data that identifies you. For advertising data you can use Google's tools or contact us.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version, with its date, is always on this page. If a new data-collecting service is added to the App, this page will be updated first.
